Neuroglycopenia or hypoglycemia assistance

Hi am Manuel from Ghana, and i kinda think i'm familiar with hypoglycemia or neuroglycopenia (Brain related condition symptoms) and am sorry you we all feel that way. I think i can be of a little help. Cos ive been through such numerous symptons before even sometimes still do, but know how manage and cope with it. Ive helped  a lot of people with conditions above mentioned and even neuropathy etc.

Please do you know your blood type? If yes, can you tell me? And please you by any way tested for these conditions before? Hypoglycemia or neuroglycopenia, neuropathy and Typhoid?
