Neurological Symptoms - No Answers

I am a 27 year old male with no prior medical issues. My initial symptoms started 8+ months ago and were chest pain(s) and what feels like a muscle strain from my upper neck down to my scapula on my right side. 4+ months ago I began to have muscle twitches and coinciding muscle stiffness. I now have muscle weakness on my left side, from my shoulder down to my leg. Although I notice twitches body wide, they are without a doubt most frequent on my left side. I notice muscle loss on my left side; between my thumb and index, in my thigh, and in my calf. After average activity, these muscles become sore. The muscles in my left leg feel like "jelly", especially in my thigh and in my knee. Strangely, my voice has also been cracking almost every day.

To date, I have had every test under the sun. With exception to a thoracic MRI. I do have constant back soreness, and some pain. Not crazy painful like a pinched nerve, but sever discomfort. I have seen two neurologists who did basic clinical tests, but I feel like they didn't take me seriously due to my age and the fact that I am not falling on my face. I am TERRIFIED that I have ALS.

Any input would be much appreciated.
