New Onset of Neurologic Symptoms

31 year old male here having new neurological symptoms. Had epilepsy my whole life but these symptoms seem unrelated. The muscle tone of my left arm has significantly increased and has a slight contraction when using it. It's not disabling or preventing me from doing anything. Noticed it two weeks ago and it is concerning. Elbow area and knee area on left side have been tender for about a month. Left side of face, primarily cheek but occasional under left side of lip, has a feeling of numbness. It occurs frequently. More uncoordinated then usual. Which is bad as I've been uncoordinated most of my life. Clumsiness too. Body wide twitching and tingling that occurs at complete random. No rhyme or reason. More noticeable at night. Burning sensations as well. Right now it is in my right shoulder. Double vision when looking straight ahead is the latest symptom to appear. My last neurological exam about 2 months ago was normal outside of brisk reflexes and a drooping eyelid. Doctor mentioned the brisk reflexes but then said overall neurological exam was normal. So not sure if I should be concerned with that. Doctor didn't seemed concerned and I wasn't until all these other symptoms popped up more recently. He did test for Myasthenia Gravis because of the drooping eyelid and that was negative. Do have social anxiety. Another follow-up with neurologist is at the end of the month. Any suggestions on what all this could be? Just to note I had a brain MRI which showed mesial temporal sclerosis. Doctor said that's related to my epilepsy.
