Non enhancing lesion

My nephew (7 years old) was having headache and pain in eyes. After the CT scan, the reports says that "Non enhancing lesion(4.7cm * 3.3cm) showing CSF density appears to arise from Lt. sylvian cistern, S/O Arachnoid cyst".

Please let me know how severe it is and can this be cured using medicine. We are avoiding any surgery.

Thanks & Regards,
