Non enhancing lesions

Dear All,
recently i was found to have two large lesions in my left posterior paritel lob which show no abnormal enhancement and no involment of peri ventricular white matter. i have no obvious neurological signs like, tingling, numbness, weakness etc, however i do feel some insect crawling sensation over my left arm very rarely. just curious to know what this lesions could be, i have also diagnosed to have mild bulging in my c3-c4 spine region. pls clarify my doubt. thanks in advance.

Dear Doctor  Dr. Anurag Srivastava and Mr.pasquale9491,thank you both for your earliest replies. doctor and mr. pasquale, you both are correct but i have no pain its only kind of electric shock feeling and insect crawling sensation starts from my left trapezeeius and sperads to left arm for just few seconds, and i do have very mild dizziness while standing up for a long time. Doctor, may i ask you few more doubts, is these lesions produce epilepsy? and can be cured with medications?, iam already on prednisolone for my eye problem(now almost cured). kindly give me your suggestions. thanks again.

hi--they found a plum-sized cyst in my parietal lobeabout two years ago on MRI--no change in size 6 months later.  i have seizures, but they say they're non-related.  also bipolar/anxiety...have been in several accidents, two without seat belts decades ago and used to have migraines, but learned biofeedback, so they're ok.  i'm a disabled RN and to me, the insect sensation is definitely a neuro sign, but if it was from the spine region/neck region, it would start at the neck, traveling ddown the nerve.  does it?  deb

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi, Thank you for your question. I think your symptoms may be due to nerve irritation in the cervical (neck) spine because of cervical disc bulge. This pain may be referred and perceived as occurring in the back of head & shoulders (as electric sensation)- LHERMITTES SIGN, arms or chest, rather than just the neck. Other symptoms may include vertigo, nausea (dizziness) and stiffness. It will be best that you consult a neurologist who would like to prescribe Pain killers, steroid and muscle relaxants. Other treatments could be cervical orthosis such as a soft cervical collar or stiffer neck brace to restrict neck movement till you get complete recovery. In addition, cervical traction may also be suggested by the doctor, if condition is severe. Hope this helps.
