Numb face on right hand side

I had a fall last Sunday morning and knocked myself out on my glass bedroom table, I had to get 7 stitches to the left hand side of my forehead but since then I have been numb on my right hand side from under my eye, nose and top upper lip, will this resolve itself? I get stitches out on Tuesday but just thought I would ask if anyone had any advice?

You really do need to talk to your doctor.  Is it numbness from nerve involvement from the trauma area where you had stitches or is it numbness due to a concussion you may have suffered?  I'd want to know the source and think you need to ask your doctor.  Nerve injury can resolve though, yes.  Sometimes providing therapy can help speed it along.
