Numbness over leftside of head

My brother is getting numbness on the left side of his head on & off since 10days.  he didnt experience it before, but he's feeling the numbness and feeling pinning from needle as well.He has gone through MRI brain test and venogram test,everything  is normal doctor said nothing is to worry and he suggest some tablets(mirtaz 7.5 valparin 200.Dolonex)for 2weeks but still he's suffering from the same pain and numbness.Kindly advice on the same what sould i do for this

Hello  Doctor,

8 month back i fell down from bike and i got skin peeled out on my  left side showlder. I consult doctor and the wound got cured but still i have some thing like numbness some time i feel irritation on my shoulder left side of my neck.. if i touch that part i feel like touching some hard things and i consult doctor he said nothings to worry that is just becoz of that wound but still am facing the problem kindly advice.

The prescribed medication should work. I would suggest you to wait and watch as the medications will provide relief since there is no neurological lesion evident by the CT scan.
These symptoms could also be due to lack of sleep, and anxiety and stress. It will help to ensure that he sleeps for 8 hrs in the night and does some deep breathing exercises everyday.
