Ongoing undiagnosed condition, does a clear MRI rule out neuro possibilities?

Hi there, I am a 23 yr old female. My health has been deteriorating for the past 5 years, extensive testing has not found any significant results. I am unsure what to do next - whether it be a western or Chinese path and am open to all suggestions and information. Thank you in advance.

Head
- Nose increasingly dripping clear fluid
- Drip in back of throat
- Head pains back of head running into neck for past three years
- Vision blurry/splotchy and cannot focus
- Dry skin on eyelids
- Slight droop on left side of face (eye and mouth)

Joints
- Red and swollen joints, very stiff in morning
- Bruising, especially, wrist and hands, knee and ankle joints
- Weird tingly sensations, worse left leg
- Minor numbness on left hip
- Ankles, knees, hips (left side worse), neck and spine, wrists and fingers very painful
Confirmed with tests:
- Micro tearing under knee cap
- Bursitis left hip

Cognitive
- Difficulties with memory and retention
- Clumsy and lack of balance, often tripping/bumping into/dropping things

Menstrual
- Periods every 6-10 weeks, lasts 6-36hrs and very light
- PCOS, started pill 6 weeks ago, only side effect very tender breasts

Skin
- Frequent cysts on body and face
- The one on my bikini line is black, looks like a bruise, painless and hasn’t gone away for 18 months, changes colour
- Increased sweating, bad night sweats
- Sensitive skin to touch
- Redness and bruising (lines on back of knees)
- Increased hair growth: face, breasts, stomach
- Angry and painful acne for past 5 years

General
- Abdominal and back pain
- General feeling of fatigue and weakness in bones and joints
- Dull chest pain (past month)
- Two episodes of extensive sweating, nausea and immense stomach pain, dizziness, vision and hearing loss, need to have bowel movement and couldn’t, lasted 15-30 min
- Spells of nausea, rarely leads to vomiting

History
- Iron deficient since 13/14
- PCOS
- IBS suggested by other specialists
- No recent sporting/work injuries etc. exercises

Testing done: Extensive blood work with no significant findings, pelvic ultrasounds show multifollicular and enlarged ovaries, hip x-ray normal, left knee MRI – micro tearing under knee cap, hip ultrasound – bursitis and edema, clear abdominal CT apart from enlarged liver that was normal with last ultrasound, neck ultrasound clear, clear colonoscopy and endoscopy, brain MRI clear
