PLEASE HELP - Suffering for almost two years

I am a 34 year old female, who just under two years ago used to be the life of the party with a passion for her work, home and family. On September 21st, 2006 that - my lifestyle was taken away from me. I had travelled to Atlanta for a business conference, the morning of the conference I was fine - it started at 10am. By 10:30am I experienced a horrible dizzy spell and felt faint - I managed shaking it off and some how excusing myself for some fresh air. The ambulance was called for precautionary reasons, and they said my vitals were fine and that perhaps I was dehydrated and too take plenty of fluids. I was excused from the conference and went back to my hotel room - where I lay to rest and drink plenty of fluids with a light lunch and dinner. I fell asleep praying to wake up feeling myself - unfortunately when i woke the next day and wake up every day the symptoms still are present. What do I have is my question - every possible blood test has been done and is coming out normal/negative, I have lost 50lbs (curious to know if my issue was weight related - it has been confirmed not to have been the reason, but good that I lost it for my own health) my symptoms are: dizzy spells (which have led to fainting),muscle weakness, tingling sensations, queasy/nausea, headaches, mood swings, easy to start crying, tightness in chest cavity, occasional joint pain, redness in face that comes and goes, itchy skin, muscle twitches, soreness in the neck and spine area, hunger panks, can stare at the same thing for some time, slight loss of muscle function (not every day), hallucinations, night sweats, and nerve sensations. With a negative MRI, blood pressure of 110/70, negative blood work results - what could this be? Because it is killing me, my marriage and my family. Please help!

Have you been checked for fibromyalagia? I have had some of the same symptoms since Dec. 06., and after blood work, MRI, CT, all neg. of course, I was diagnosised with fibromyalagia.

Hi Firefly619,
Wow, your symptoms sound almost identical with mine. You have had the same tests as I-with no findings. My doctor literally told me he was at a lose with my pain. I really haven't had any answers but the pain is so real and nothing seems to take it away. I too am a young female (33 year old) with two children. I have the same frustrations as you. What I can tell you is that I have an appointmtent with an neurologist in July. I pray this will give me some answers and if i get any...I will let you know! Best wishes and luck through this journey!

Sincerely,
GBear8
