POSTERIOR NECK PAIN AND OCCIPITAL PAIN??

I have some problems I am not sure what to address first. I had ACDF surgery last year and have been having complications after the surgery.. I had C5-C7 removed anteriorly with fusion and hardware. Prior to surgery I had left arm pain and left scapula pain and some weakness to the left side. Approximately 6 weeks after surgery I started having new symptoms to the right side, such as intense burning pain on the right side and right arm pain and burning sensations that were spreading to my chest area. Then I also had posterior skull pain like it radiated to the right side of my skull.. The burning on the chest has subsided. But I still get this awful pain in my neck and my skull and its tender to touch and feels bruised when I touch it. I have had 2 stellate ganglion blocks that I dont think I got any relief from and one cervical ESI that I believe didnt help, matter of fact I started getting right elbow tingling after that one and I have had one occipital nerve block. I have seen numerous doctors and am still not diagnosed as of yet. My sed rate has been elevated continuously since it was first checked about 4 months after my surgery and it is still elevated.. My ANA was negative.. It almost feels like my neck is inflammed at the one area and it is reaking havoc everywhere. I just want someone to figure it out. Is it possible that I could have a few different things going on and could the surgery maybe damaged the occiptal nerve?? I dont know.. I didnt get any relief from the occiptal nerve block but I dont know. I havent had a myelogram and my surgeon really doesnt think it is necessary since "my MRI's are clean," stated by him.. I do have a bulge above and below my fusion at C4 C5 and C7 T1. I still feel there is something the doctors are missing. MY body is telling me something. I live in pain. The skull pain comes and goes. It just started yesterday and it hasnt subsided. DO you have any thoughts or suggesstions? thank you
