Pain in left ischial tuberosities with perenial orgasm pain on left side

Back in march I developed pain in my left buttocks perinial area whilst riding a dirtbike with a very hard seat.  I also nearly dropped the motorcyles needing to thrust out my left leg to keep it from falling down causing a little groin pain.  Every time I rode it I would get the left perinal buttocks pain that would last for days.   Not long after that incident I fell on my left side whle moving furniture.  Not long after all  that I noticed pain while ejaculating coming from the left perinal area.  I went to the doctor and he thought I may have a infection of the prostate or epidymtits.  Gave me antiobiotics and I thought it fixed the ejacualtory pain.  But it came back.  I have had the iischial tuberosities style pain throughout on the left side.   It gets worse while walking for a long time and hurts to sit.   I do have a tickly pain feeling shoot up from the perinial area to the tip of my penis (on the left side) every once in a while.
The reason I started wondering if it was the nerves was because I do not have any of the other symptoms associated with prostate infection or epydimitis infection.  Other than digitaly inspecting my prostate and testicles the doctor has done no lab test.  I told him about the pelvic pain and motorcyle incident, but he seemed to brush it off as mere conicedence.  He is just a general doctor so I dont expect him to know it all.  So I am looking at other possibilites other than prostate or testicle infection.

Last week I decided to try a chiropractor.   They did a pelvic xray and he said my hip was out and it looked like I had a pinched nerve.  So anyways, he worked me over real good.  Today for the most part I have only felt pain near my groin, and just a little.  As of yesterday the ejaculation pain that I feel that seems to come from between my anus and scrotum on the left side is still there slightly.
I did forget I had hemmoroids, which I have had for a long time, but have flared up recently.  I can see them and are painful to the touch.  No blood.
I realize that at least the one on the left side could be contributing to my ejaculation pain with the contraction of the muscle being right there inches away.
I am pretty sure I did injure my groin tendon? as it gets tight and sore if I prop my legs up in a position where I have to use it to hold myslef in place for a long time.
I am guessing I have more than one injury or problem going on.
I still kinda feel like its the nerve or nerves down there all worked up causing my pains that seem to be plaing musical chairs down there.
I decided to try and take it easy on my hemmorids and stay off my butt for a week, while refraining from sex to give things a chance to heal if thats what is needed.
Since the end of March,  I have went no longer than 4 days between ejaculations, with it being 2days most of the time, so I figure I have nothing to lose by giving it a break.
All else fails I will try a neurologist or urologist.

DrNooPurMD, Thanks for the reply.

This morning when I got up, My left buttocks muscle felt sore.  I carry mail, so I walk all day so my muscles should be used to normal walking.

I can only guess the soreness is from trying to avoid the iischial pain while walking.  The Ischial pain usually comes on later in the day after walking for a long time.  And or sitting for a long time.

I quit the dirtbike riding months ago.  But have did alot of sitting at a computer while on vacation, so I am sure that had to aggravate the area.  I noticed last night the left side of my penis was extra sensitive to touch.  Can the nerve affect just one side of the penis?

The shooting pains I get is like scratching my billy button and it makes my penis tickle.  So thats why I started thinking about nerves being involved.

I am going to try and stay off my buttocks (no sitting) for a few days to see if it helps with the pain.

I forgot to mention that my left hamstrain and inside thigh has been a little tight for the duration of the problem.

Sorry for bouncing all around here, I am typing the thoughts that pop into my head.

Hi,

How are you?
Your symptoms are suggestive of nerve pain or neuralgia which can be the result of injury. The nerve involved is usually the pudendal nerve.
The main symptoms include pain in the perinieum, pain while walking and erectile dysfunction.
Please discuss this possibility with your treating doctor. Meanwhile please take OTC NSAIDS for pain. Hope this helps!
