Pain in right hand and foot

For the past couple of weeks I've been having pain in my right hand at times it generates down through my forearm. I've also been experiencing pain in my right foot as well. I'm not sure if it is anything neurological because I had a CT done as recently as 4 weeks ago and that was normal.
I was told however my blood pressure is a little high and have been put on medication to bring that down (norvasc). Could there be any link between the high bp and this arm/foot pain I've been having. And any particular reason why it's just on my right side?

Thanks in advance to anyone.

I forgot to add that I had blood test run and with the exception of the slightly high BP everything else came back fine.
