Paracentral Disc Protrusion and Uncovertebral Hypertrophy HELP!

Seizures followed by Pain and swelling on right side.. 10lbs weight gain in 2 weeks.

Cervical MRI said the following: What does it mean?

Patent Synchondrosis at C1 Odontoid Base.
Reversal normal cervical lordosis without subluxation.
Canal Capacious
C3-C4: there is a mild broad-based disc bulge
C4-5: Axial images are very limited by motion but on sagittal images there is a slight disc bulge
C5-6: Right paracentral disc protrusion at C5-6. There is a mild broad-based disc bulge. There is right foraminal disc protrusion. Minimal left-sided uncovertebral hypertrophy and disc without definite stenoss of the exit foramen.
C6-7 and C7-T1: No Stenosis
