Pineal Cyst symptoms, finding the right facility for treatment. Help.

I have been a long time migraine sufferer.  In May, after repeated bouts of slurred speech, I had an MRI done with revealed a 10mm pineal cyst and an extra axial lesion.  Since then, I have lost feeling in my left hand, my legs are swelling uncontrollably, my mood swings are off the chart.  I went to MD Anderson, where they said there really is nothing that can be done and that no one has really benefited from Pineal cyst removal.  I sent all my records to the Skull Based institute, got a confirmation of their receipt, and now no one has answered the phone in 3 weeks, no recording and no response to emails. I am not sure where to go next or what to do.  All I know is that this swelling is increasing by the day.  I am a 44 year old woman.  Most neurologists have little knowledge on these type of issues.  I went to a doctor in the Cleveland Clinic who suggested that I undergo a sleep study.  I said ma'am, I have a cyst on that part of my brain, which is why I have been on sleep meds for the past 4 years.  She would only write me a 2 month script for the same meds that I had been on for 5 years.  Due to the opioid epidemic. All I know is that I need help fast.  I know my body and what is going on is not me.
