Possibly a Nocturnal Seizure?

I get this very rarely,  but when I'm tired and trying to drift off into sleep,my hands will start shaking uncontrollably. I am aware this is happening but its uncontrollable. This only lasts maybe 30 seconds then I am able to move again and I always think "what in the world was that?" then fall asleep. It's usually when I'm just about to go into a deep sleep. I don't violently shake but hand tremors are there. I'm 22 and I have suffered from mental health issues such as anxiety and depression, though I'm not sure if there is a correlation. This has only started happening this year. Any similar experiences? Although mild, it is a bit worrisome.
