Problem with right side of face: ptosis, miosis, and wasting

I really would appreciate some advice! I just recently discovered that my one eye has been squinting (25% closed) and the eyelid twitching. Upon investigating older photos it is obvious that it has been getting progressively worse over the last 5 years (barely noticeable prior to 2005). In addition to the one squinting eye the right side of my face is losing mass (aka wasting). I've also noticed the shoulder on that same side is also smaller (as well as extremely asymmetrical chest - bulge under rib on right side - abnormal shaped right pectoral). I have frequent sore neck, sore back, migraine headaches, and now recently dizziness and fatigue. I was diagnosed recently (1yr ago) with sleep apnea as well and have also now had consistent bladder infection like symptoms. In 2002 I started getting extremely bad migraine headaches almost weekly which have continued on until the present (treated with Imitrex and propranalol). Upon raising these symptoms to my doctor he noticed the facial wasting instantly and has run some tests including an MRI (head/brain/neck) but was unable to find anything major. He also referred me to a Neurologist and an eye specialist and both said it's very odd/rare but that we'll keep an eye on it (and that it seems to be Horner's syndrome) and if it gets worse let them know right away. However they seem to only address the eye and I'm really worried about the wasting/asymmetrical changes. In my own Internet research I keep coming up with Myasthenia Gravis as a possible cause. However the Doctor told me it is not a match for my symptoms. I really feel something is wrong and my changing appearance is quite disturbing, friends have noticed my facial changes and said it looked like I had a stroke as did my family. What should I do next? I have already been tested for liver diseases and HIV. Thanks for your time.

Have your circulation evaluated with an angiogram to ensure it is not a vascular problem . Consider seeing a oral maxofacial surgeon. Do u lack sweating on that side?

The neurologist might have tested your facial nerve and also your blood pressure and possibilities of stroke. Remember you got a clean MRI. If after this the neurologist has come to a conclusion that you have only the Ptosis problem then it is fine and this can be corrected. Discuss other problems and try to correlate with the findings in your MRI in detail with your neurologist during your next visit. Take care!
