Question about brain problems, please read

Hello I'm a 21 year old male. Every once in a while I get headaches, that aren't too bad, but enough to notice. Also, I have had ringing in the ears for quite some time. It seems like I'm always sleepy and tired. Lastly, my vision seems to be different. I always find myself wearing my glasses and never have before.  It feels when I take them off I can't see as clear and it bothers me. I had an MRI on my shoulder when I was around 13 so I wasn't sure if this showed my brain.I was wondering if these were serious symptoms to look at for brain tumor, aneurysm, or something else? Or Am I being too paranoid, I have had some panic attacks in the past couple months. Please respond. Thank you

Hi,
   Out of the 4 symptomes you mentioned in your brief post (the headache, tinnitus, vision, and sleepiness) I would target the last one in a 21 year old with a history of  panic attacks  first , because that is mostlikely resulted from a lack of sleep at a proper time (the best for our body is the night) so try to find a sleep specialist in your area to do a proper sleep study (he would ask for few blood tests too to rule out anemia, thyroid ...ext)
hopfully most of the eye and the headache would go away
    About the ringing inthe ear we call it an isolated subjective tinnitus (the doctors cant hear it) its reported in 1/5 of normal people and go up to ~30 by the age of 75

I forgot to add that I have been to 3 different doctors for general checkups and I have been to an eye doctor and he said he didnt' see anything behind my eye and also that my vision hasn't changed. Thank you
