Replacing a shunt

My sister had a brain tumor 15 years ago they were able to shrink it and she has had no problems unitl about a month ago her shunt came dislocated and went under surgery to put in a new one in since the surgery her  intestines were 98% blocked so she damaged her gullbladder she had such sharp pain they decided to remove the gallbladder 4 days ago, now she is suffering sinus pressure behind her eye's she feels it is her shunt they have done every test possible and they say there is nothing wrong.  Her pain level is unbarable at times for example I talked to her tonight and she was crying and did not want to move her head hurt so bad.  It hurts worse when she is lying down so she is not sleeping she is a wreck she needs help doctors are not helping all they can say is nothing is wrong what is causing these head aches? What is wrong could her be her shunt causing this and why?
