Sacrum. Neurology or Urology?

Ok so ive had quite the experience dealing with doctors while i was in the military. I wont go over my history so much but the top three things that shown up first were these.

Chronic Lyme
"old" T7 vertebrae compression fracture
L5 - S1 bulging disk

Now this may be a Urology question but it also may be Neurology is why I am asking here. I was diagnosed having Erectile Dysfunction. I was put on Levitra awhile back to "help" but it never really seemed to work like it was suppose to. I just recently found out that I seem to ONLY be able to get any kind of erection when there is some kind of pressure applied to my lowest part of my back. The sacrum area.
The doctors blamed it on stress, anxiety.. etc. for the longest time.

Is there anyone that can elaborate on this or maybe even come up with a theory?
I am 24 yrs old. This really shouldnt be a problem. Im as healthy as you can get besides injuries.

I was thinking along the lines of possible Spinal Cord injury, obviously not COMPLETE.

Whatever it is, it seems to be affecting blood flow to that area only. Not sensation or anything. I can orgasm not even being erect.

Any thoughts?
Thank you.

By history I easily have symptoms of a spinal cord injury. MRI showed the T7 compression fracture, as well as T5, T6, and the L5-S1 disk bulges, and they noted degenerative disk disease or early degeneration  in my spine already. I get bad muscle spasms, twitches.
But as far as LOSS off bowels and bladder ive never had that. It does seem like my bowels work just fine up until it reaches the lower left side. Always seems to be constipated around that area. Guess its bad if i can feel it there. Usually have to massage that area or also if i put something under my lower back like a ball i dont know why it seems to get it moving. This all probably sounds crazy but its become more of a routine for me now for a couple years now.

The E.D. part i seen a Urologist once before for it. I wont be able to see him again. I have to wait till i have insurance to be able to see anyone for it now. It really does seem like its blood flow, i thought it was in relation to my back pain or spasms.. but its not putting pressure on a certain area even with back pain or not once i find that certain position and pressure is being applied i can get a "normal" good erection. Levitra helped push blood to that area, but i wouldnt get "normal" good erections something was always holding it back.

IF it was spinal cord injury related, you would have had symptoms that go with it like LOSS of bowel and bladder control. Cord injury effects the cord and nerves, not so much the blood flow...otherwise all people with spinal cord injuries would have vascular symptoms.
I'd see the MD who treats you for ED...again. Tell him/her the same thing as you wrote here.
