Seizure-Like Episodes Vs. Spying

In a seizure-like episode, on an outdoor walk, I stared for a few seconds at a spray-water bottle apparently owned by a concerned window cleaner, who immediately approached me and yelled at me, aggressively threatening to "screw you (me) up" if I were ever to go back to that location, a certain local shopping mall and plaza, including a certain grocery store at which I must shop that apparently has provided that window cleaner with a certain kind of device that seems to make him and others constantly spy on, interrogate, talk about, inform, lie to, and stare at me. No one is willing to tell me anything about the spying on and staring at me going on. Can you please stop a certain gang from staring?
