Seizures / Right nerve root mass

I have a 13 years old spayed yorkshire terrier.

From the beginning of August until now, she had seizures 4 times (she never have seizures before), all last about a minute long, AND she has severe muscle atrophy and minimal use of the right forelimb.  There is a painful mass in the axilla, most likely associated with the brachial plexus.  The neurologist said usually seizures and nerve tumores are not related, but he suggests us to have a MRI to try to find out what's wrong with my dog.

As the neurologist suggests, my pet had a MRI in the same day, we are still pending for the radiologist's review. But from the neurologist's experience, he said there is a big chance to cut off my pet's right forelimb before the tumor spread out. Is there any medicines to shrink down the tumor in her axilla?! or is there any thing we can do beside cutting her right forelimb off?! (the axilla mass size is about 0.8cm)

History: My pet had a few mass removal surgeries in her breast before.  In Feb 2008, she removed all of her mammary glands. Until now, we don't see any tumor on her breast.

Thanks alot!!!
