Seizures and Dizzyspells

My granddaughter is 19 and suffers from dizzy spells which last 5 or more days. At age 16 she had seizures for one week and was hospitalized. She is currently on seizure medication. although she has not had a full blown seizure she does get dizzy spells and weak legs. I don't know the cause. She has had an MRI which showed nothing and she does not have Epilepsy. She may not have taken her medicine correctly which may have caused the dizzyness. She is also deaf so it is hard for me to understand why and what is causing the dizzyness.  Could it be related to diet? How can I help her? She wants to marry next year and lead a normal life.
