I have a very strange question, and I'm not sure whether it's the result of overthinking or just concern. Last year I had surgery to remove a tumor in my skull (The top of the skull- left side) and since then, I've been having this really bad and nagging sense of pressure at the base of my skull - where it connects with the neck - exactly at the right side of the neck. It's been driving me crazy throughout the whole year, and now it's getting worse. A doctor diagnosed it as a cervical spondylosis and gave me medication for that, but it didn't work. He didn't ask for any scans or anything. All pain killers and anti-inflammatory meds don't work, and now more symptoms are starting to develop; like dizziness, visual changes, loss of concentration, nausea and other things. I just don't know what that is. I don't have any lumps in my neck or in my skull, and I don't know if that is an aneurysm or if it could possibly be a brain tumor on the inside or a cyst that may be causing pressure on the nerves of the neck or the brain. I just don't know, and I need some advice whether it's serious that I go for an MRI or not, because I haven't gone yet. In addition to that, I've been seemingly suffering from chest pain and shortness of breath accompanied by some wheezing. I sometimes also feel like I'm choking and can't breathe. I've also had a short blackout just last week.
By the way, I am a 22-year old female. And one last thing, I was supposed to have a CT scan after my surgery to check on the Titanium mash that was put after removing the tumor, but my parents just decided to forget about it and not go for it. So basically, I have no clue what is going on inside my head now.
