Several months of symptoms Fatigue malaise aches and mood changes

Went to the neurologist for headaches general malaise fatigue lightheadedness Bodyaches following acute onset (with approximate two week duration) and then apparent remission with relapses of what I thought it was an acute viral infection of unknown type  With possible mild encephalitis or meningitis. I  got an MRI and the results says Normal a couple of small punctate lesions in the white matter. Otherwise unremarkable except for the following
“coronal images demonstrate a slightly increased signal intensity in the left hippocampus compared to the right. Left hippocampus may also be marginally More prominent than the right clinical correlation advised”
