Several symptoms.

I didn't know what topic to put this under because I have several questions.  1. My right forearm is significantly larger than my left one and feels tense, or like it's getting bigger daily.  If I put my hand around it you can feel the muscle and how large it is, whilst my left arm is much smaller.  What is the cause of this, any solutions?  2. My left bicepy is a lot bigger than my right one, could this be from constantly using that arm for certain activities?  3.  The vein in my left hand has become prominent and kind of protrudes.  That hand has also become tingly and at times pulsates.  Any clue as to what might be the cause?  4.  On my left side from my elbow up everything feels larger/stronger, my bicep, my tricep, my shoulder, and my chest.  Sometimes it feels like there is a muscle above my heart and it pulsates, or has spasms.  This has me really concerned and I'd like to clear my mind of any worries...or attempt to at least.  I'd go to the doctor but to be honest I can't really pay for the visits and I'm fearful of what may be said/found.  Thanks for taking the time to read this.

I know you can't afford it, but you really should go see a doctor who may or may not refer you to a neuroloigist. What you are describing needs to be checked out because only a doctor can tell you if there is any atrophy of your muscles or clinical weakness. Isn't it better to know and deal with it rather than just wonder and worry and at least be able to get treatment if you do have a problem?
