Severe right arm pain

For years I have had pain, tingeling and numbness in my right arm and right hand at night when I start to sleep. I have not had this pain in my other hand. The pain has gone away when I stayed on a strict daily dose of a mineral and vitamin suppliment and or a combo of SSS Tonic which is a Iron and vitamin B suppliment. Two weeks ago the pain has got worst and the suppliments has not worked as well as before. I went to the doctor and she prescribed for me NEURONTIN 300MG twice a day. I started taking the medication and the pain got even worst.(I don't know if its the meds because the pain was already getting worst). Two nights ago I had such severe pain I was even asking God to just take my arm. I took 2 tablets of Naproxin 220mg each. Still everytime I sat or laid down the pain brought tears to my eyes, so I began to walk around rubbing my hand then my arm and I noticed the more I walked the less the pain. That night I walked my pain away with the help of Naproxin (I think). What could be the cause of this pain and what sholud I do to help a doctor help me?

I don't know if this helps but I was diagnosed with a rare immune difficiency disorder call C1 estrase deficiency. This causes swelling that can go unnoticed throughout your body. I would have sever pain in my arm along with tingeling. It felt like the circulation was being cut off. Also when I was pregnant it traveled to my legs causing sever pain. You might want to look it up online. Don't be fooled by the pictures b/c I never had visual signs of this disease, just the pain. Again, it's not common but you might want to check into it.
