Skin painful to all stimuli

For my entire life, as early as I can remember, I have felt extraordinary levels of pain across my whole body. It is literally impossible for someone to touch me without causing pain, to the point where i pull away by reflex. Its caused a lot of problems with bathing, as it hurts for even ME to touch myself, medical painkillers/numbing agents are less effective as a result. And this is not minor pain: Its like being rubbed on a perpetual sunburn which is itself on top of a rash. I have no sex life, at all, because it hurts even more the more sensitive it is: all forms of sexual activity are painful, without exception, to the point where I cant perform adequately and instead may well throw up. I have ceased attempts at this. And in my depression and anxiety, and its gone completely nuts.

Does anyone know what sort of condition might cause this level of pain from the very start of my life, increasing in severity over my lifetime? One odd factor is that if i rub diagonally along the skin between my belly and crotch, the pain is bypassed, instead replaced by instant nausea.

I have been unable to find a name for this awful feelings, and have yet to meet anyone who has. Searches only turn up people who are complaining about an emergent problem -- Thats not my case, as it is perpetual as long as my earliest memories. Anyhting, even a name for stuff that might cause this, wuold be so wonderful: I cant afford much healthcare, and would like to avoid a simple diagnostic meeting if at all possible. Thank you all for your concern.

Also look into ion channelopathies,,Dr. Michael Segal md. phd wrote a paper on a rare type of sensory overload condition that is related to add,,I believe you can find it on wiki..
also look into other sources of sensory overload as suggested as it is amazing how the proper vitamin and mineral supplementations can help with these sensory issues..I supplement potassium and calcium as well as most vitamins at about 2x the rda..

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there.  Extreme sensitivity to skin and heightened painful response to pressure could be due to fibromyalgia, post herpetic neuralgia caused by shingles and chicken pox. Certain other conditions which cause the skin painful to touch are chronic fatigue syndrome, deficiencies of vitamin B1, B2, B6, migraine, and tactile defensiveness. Tactile defensiveness is caused by midbrain defect.
Consult a neurologist for a clinical evaluation, treatment of the cause and depression. Best regards.
