These symptoms could be due to radial nerve injury following a binge and falling asleep with your arm hanging over the arm rest causing radial nerve compression at the spiral groove and hence these symptoms. If you are a chronic alcoholic, you could have malnutrition, poor appetite, vitamin B1 deficiency, and in severe conditions, a syndrome called wernicke korsakoff. There could be balance issues and radial nerve compression under intoxicated state. Consult a neurologist for evaluation. Wishing you all the best.
