Small Fiber Neuropathy - Constant Migraines / Eye Pain

I was just wondering if anyone who has been diagnosed with small fiber neuropathy has also had uncontrollable non-stop headaches. I had an EMG done in January 2011 and there was no evidence found or neuropathy I am scheduled for a skin biopsy March 3rd. I have had a de-sensation in my left hip to my foot and my right foot for months now and about a month before my neuropathy started I started getting horrible headaches with eye pain that would not go away with any type of medication and would send me sometimes crying to the emergency room.

I have been diagnosis with a non-symptomatic tarlov cyst (cyst on spinal cord) which I think might cause issues but no one will admit. I have had numerous brain MRI's and a Lumber MRI with no signs of pinched nerves or leisons. I do have Aggressive Chron's disease and I am waiting for test results for Rheumatoid Arthritis.

I am only 25 and I have a 3 yr old. I cant stand living like this. My neurologist thinks my headaches are muscle spasms over my skull and has me on muscle relaxers 3 times a day that do nothing. sometimes the pain in my legs is so bad I cant sleep. I just dont know what to do anymore

What you are describing with your eves and headaches is Trigeminal Neuropathy. Look it up on the internet and you will see the connection. Good luck, I have read that this is excruciatingly painful. Marie822

Also note I have unexplained tachycardia and have been experiencing a horrible sharp electric shock feeling from my left elbow down to my pinky and ring fingers. Which causes them to loose mobility
