I was sick about a week ago. I got a cold sore, was achy and tired, and had sinus pain. I had a doctors appointment for an unrelated reason and the doctor noticed the glands in my neck were swollen. I pretty much shrugged it off and witthin a few days I was feeling better. But now, about a week since I was sick, I've been having sinus headaches during the early morning and late at night, my neck is stiff and sore, my joints hurt, my whole body aches, I have no energy, I'm always tired, and I've had back pains and shooting shoulder pains. This has been going on for about three days. I really don't know what is wrong with me. Usually, if I have a cold or sinus problem it's gone within a week or so and doesn't go away and then reappear as this did. Could I have something else wrong with me or am I fine? Are these even symptoms of spinal meningitis?
