Strange sensations

I am feeling an unusual symptom. A couple of times during the day I fell in the front left side of my brain, just under the scalp a sensation similar to a flow of a cool liquid. It takes my be a minute or less but it has been going on for several months and there is not other symptom

I know this is a year late, but I also have a very strange feeling and sound in the lower back of my head. I have a TBI, and I wonder if it's related because all of this resulted from a bad car accident 6 years ago. So here goes:   Imagine opening a can of soda. The burst of pressure released as you open the can is the closest description I can come up with. I feel a fizzy, liquidy burst that flows up and down my head for several seconds at a time. Along with that feeling I will literally hear from inside my head, a muted fizzy, hissing sound at the same time. At first I was terrified - but it's been six years and I'm "still here" so I assume this won't kill me. When this fizzy thing happens, it will repeat several times during the day - anywhere from 2 to 30 times depending. The problem is that I find it very hard to associate these episodes with an action or some other cause. It always happens when I am getting massage, osteopathy, acupuncture treatments. It tends to happen when my stomach is growling. But then it will happen at any old time - when I'm lying down, sitting, standing... Any time. I wish so badly to get an answer! I would love to know what this is? I have a LOT of pressure in my head since the injury, and I have debilitating constant, chronic neck pain too. I get dizzy a lot and I have hypersomnia - which is a lot like narcolepsy - all from my head injury. I get scared sometimes and wonder if this is more serious than we realise. But it's so hard to tell. Anyone got any advice, experience or stories they'd like to share? I'd be so grateful!

I am currently (as I am typing) having the same strange sensations. Its as though an ice-cube is resting on the top left part of my head. Often times I touch the area because it feels like my head is wet and that feeling of cold when the air hits a wet area is present.  This feeling comes and goes in waves, and has been happening for the past week or so now, in the same area every time. Please, if you can find some answers, that would be great!

I have had some strange sensations too. One similar to you - like a creeping sensation just under the scalp. Also a kind of fire-cracking sound in my head occasionally. recently I have noticed on bending eg to get milk from bottom of fridge, a kind of lurching sensation in my head and feels like my feet are on jelly or water, on bending.
