Sudden Head Electric Shock

Unexpected strong, scary and painful Electric Shock in one spot of the head during sleeping

would you describe it as "stabbing" pain? if so this could be an "ice pick" headache.

yes i agree please see your doctor for an evaluation.... but dont worry could be a number of things.. the reason i ask about medicaions is because when i came off of antidepressants i was experiencing what you have... for up to 2 years after... and now and again i still get the odd one when im falling asleep.. cant pin point where it is though.. i had to have an eeg .. i had 3 never one for sleep though...

see your doctor because it sounds to me like it could be related to a non-convulsive seizure disorder.  in these types of seizures, electrical shocks are sent through your brain.  i'm not a genius but that's what it sounds like to me because i have convulsive and non-convulsive seizures.  talk to your doctor soon.

That happens last night.

Yes, one Analapril 10mg in the morning (Blood pressure medicine) and one a day Omega Complex.
First time this happened and this is my first week without smoking.
Could be stress?
