Below  are 2 MRI reports, plz give me ur advice what to do right now?PLz reply asap.Your advice helps me.

Mild osteophytes noted

Mild disc bulge from c3-4 to c5-6 with mild identation on thecal sac.No siginificant neural foraminal narrowing.

small hypointense focus in t2 and hyperintense focus in t2 in the spinal cord at c6-7 level.

cilvus normal.

odontoid peg normally seen.

Basi ociput C1 and C2 vertebrae are normally seen.

No CV junction abnormalities.

Rest of the other cervical vertebral soft tissue lesions.

vertebral alignment is with normal limits.

No abnormal Pre(or)Para vertebral soft tissue lesions.

AP diameter c2-3 13.0mm/c3--4 12.3mm c4-5 12.5mm/ c5-6 12.9mm/c6-7 12.1mm/c7-d1 12.8mm

IMPRESSION:
Early features of cervical spondylosis with mild dic bulge from c3-4 to c5-6

Altered signal focus in spinal cord at c5-6 level?demyelination(other DD's are small infarct, focal syrinx, artifact)

MRI IN USA APRIL 2011

MR of Cervical spine with contrast.

History:syrinx. chronic neck and shoulder pain.

technique:routine mr protocol of the cervical spine performed with and without gadolinium enhancement. The patient recieved 14 ml of multihannce during the exam.

findings: centrally within the cerivical cord at c6,there is a focus of increased T2 signal. There is no enhancement post administration of contrast. This measures 0.8 cm in the craniocaudal dimension. This measures 0.3cm in the tranverse dimension and 0.2cm in AP dimension. The findings are most consistent with syrinx.overall, the alignment of the cervical spine is within normal limits. No cerebellar tonsillar herniation. No siginificant prevertebral soft tissue swelling is demonstrated. On the precontrast sagittal T1-weighted images, there is mild overall decreased T1 signal, which is nonspecific but could be related to underlying anemia. This can be correlated with patients clinical and laboratory values.

Review of the axial images demonstrates no significant central stenosis or neural foraminal narrowing at c2-c3.

c3-c4 There is mild right ecentric broad-based disc bulge, which partially effaces the anterior CSF space. No significant neural foraminal narrowing is demonstrated. There is partial effacement of the anterior CSF space and mild narrowing of the right aspect of the spinal canal to 1.1cm

c4-c5 There is mild eccentric borad-based which partially effaces the anterior CSF space.AP  partially effaces the anterior CSF space.AP diameter of the spinal canal measures up to 1.2 cm

c5-c6 no significant central stenoss or neural foraminal narrowing.there is minimal broad-based disc bulge, which partially effaces the anterior CSF space.AP diameter of the spinal canal measures upto 1.2cm

c6-c7 No significant stenosis or neural foraminal narrowing. syrinx as above.

C7-T1:No significant central stenosis or neural foraminal narrowing is demonstrated.

IMPRESSiON:

1. no abnormal enhancement within the cervical spine.

2. focal syrinx at C6 measuring 0.8*0.3*0.2cm in size.

3. Mild multilevel degenrative changes are noted within the
   cervical spine.

Thanks
