Tingling Sensation on right side after brain surgery

Is it common to have extremtiy tingling sensation after brain surgery.  I never had this issue before.  I had a right sphenoid wing meningioma that was partially removed and during the surgery I suffered a mild stroke that slightly weakened my left side.  2 months after my surgery I started experiencing a tingling sensation in my right leg and mild aching of my right arm and the back of my right hand.  Is this something common after brain surgery?
