Tingling in Hands and Feet

I'm 19, I don't have a history of medical issues or take any medication.I'm not diabetic. Two months ago I pinched the nerve in my right leg severely while sitting on it for no longer than 5 mins. Well, it felt like a nerve pinch from my hip socket all the way down my leg. I couldn't walk without unbearable pain. I massaged the leg deeply after stretching and it did help. A couple days later I decided to see a doctor to make sure everything was alright in my body because it still would threaten to pinch again, I had a limp, and both my hands and feet would tingle. With even my hands and other foot responding to this I worried. The doctor ordered a CT and things came back clear (it was only ordered from my chest down to upper thighs). It was most likely just my femoral nerve being pinched my doctor stated. After a week the limp disappeared. One month later I'm going back to the doctor, a neurologist, because I know what a healthy body feels like. Now everything just feels...wrong. It doesn't matter if I'm sitting, laying down,or standing, ny hands and feet tingle every once in awhile. My feet go to sleep while I sleep. So when I wake up in the morning and walk on them its very noticeable that my feet "went to sleep." My elbow once was in a lot of pain like I somehow cracked it like you'd crack your knuckles too many times. My right foot the other day, I was sitting with my legs straight out in front of me, started tingling and turned a flaring red. The opposite of this happened a good 3 weeks back, my left foot turned really cold and white. I do have a pain between my shoulders blades when I roll my shoulders back. It's dimmed down as I've focused my yoga more so on my upper back. Recently, my nerve in my left and right leg (not at the same time) have threatened to pinch. I've also experienced some weakness in my right arm. There was a headache in the back of my head yesterday where both my ears felt prickly because of it. These symptoms show up every once in awhile, besides the hands and feet tingling that's been daily. I've been instructed to stop cracking my neck. For the past week I would do so very often because my neck had grown stiff. I need to know if these symptoms relate to something anybody can place? It's bothering me a great deal. My body has never reacted this way before.
