Tingling sensation in arms and upper body dont know what to do

Hi I am a 23 year old male,

recently ive been under heavy stress and last week i started to get a tingling sensation in my forearm which spread to my upper body, At the time i was also having diarrea and when to see my doctor and he told me it had to do with my stomach. for a week know ive been eating well, sleeping and taking medicine for my diarrea, but the symptoms for the tingling sensation have not stopped

The Tingling sensation is in my forearms,  upper arms and mostly in the back, i suddenly feel bouts of heat and start sweating in some areas and muscle discomfort in both arms and back, also sometimes followed by headaches.

Its started after i had a rough week with exams, and wasnt eating well and sleeping very little but the symptoms havent stopped after a week.

I dont know what to do first time i ever had these symptoms, just looking for some guidance

Thank you for your answer

Usually when am not thinking about it much the pain lessens usually when i waken up in morning i feel nothing,

I have never gone to a chiropractor, and this summer started doing weights and then had to stop because because of pilonoidal cyste removal. that was about a month ago, still never felt this symptoms before.

I worry a lot especially about health problems

Forgot to mention, a vertebra out of whack in the neck or upper back can do all this as well. Ever see a chiropractor?

Could be stress as it has only been a week.

'bouts of heat and start sweating' - again possibly stress as the adrenal gland start to go nuts.

Is it better at some point in the week when you forget stress? - then you know thats what it is.

If not, there are many possibilities and keep tract of all unusual symptoms, but dont freak out - will make it worse (phyco - schematic).

Keep this simple first, then look else ware if no improvement.

Hormone imbalances also have your symptoms, thyroid, adrenal, testosterone.
