Today my husband and I had the exact same symptoms at the same time, and the same as the person who posted above. Dizziness and felt like must go to sleep, slightly heavy head, panick trying to stay awake driving, strange feeling like the world is tilting followed by intense drowsiness.
Here is the kicker, we were both driving but about 50 miles a part both outside of Dallas area. And get this, neither of us knew we had this going on this morning until we spoke at lunch!!
What the heck... could it be some wierd gravitational pull?
