Yes, but no narrowing per se, just a few spurs at C3-C4. MD said Cervical Facet syndrome may not be seen on MRIs. Woring with a Headache specialist who specializes in Migrains & Cervicogenic tension headaces.

Have you had an MRI? Do you have narrowing of the cervical discs. This can definately cause the headaches.
Cervicogenic headaches anyone? Bueller, Bueller?
I forgot to mention that my neurologist said tension headache may not be painful per se, but may feel, as in my case, like a tight band of pressure & tightness in the forehead.
