Tremor due to psychological problem

I've been suffering from social anxeity for about 2 years, and my major SA symptom is head tremors(neck muscle spasm). The reason why I posted this on neurology forum is that no psychiatric medication* worked well for that symptom and, while I found a way to calm down myself in the public, my neck muscles are always extremely tense. Also, head tremors happen when I roll my eyes hard, which has nothing to do with social anxiety in my opinion. Is there any medication/therapy a neurologist, not a psychiatrist, can offer for this symptom?

*I tried Paxil, Lexapro, Prozac, Zoloft, Xanax, Klonopin, Ativan, and Valium.

CBT  diddn't work? huh really? :( sorry 2 hear that ok
well did the nuero do an EEG of ur brain? How did he determine he diddn't see ur head tremor/tremble? They always think its no big deal ! Look my Neuro constanly is telling me its because I have anxiety...I once told him look I can walk in here w/my eyeball in my hand and u will tell me I have anxiety, which btw set his *** straight , point being it may be just anxiety cause it does cause tension
He doesn't live in ur head/brain so w/o an MRI he can't tell u whats going on in ur head so he's using anxiety and thats ****
Well what about hot packs or trating ur musle tension like an athleete would treat a strain hot/cold treatment go for a massage what about a chiropractor
I know when ur neck hurts just stick ur tounge out @ ppl lol maybe smiling will make ur face hurt instead of ur neck... just kidding
I feel for u cuz I know all to well trust me
Well I want good things for u, n2 feel better...I'm sorry but keep me posted ok and if u ever want to talk, whine complain etc... I'm here for ya

Thank you so much for your reply. I'd already tried CBT for a couple of months as well as acupuncture, but they didn't help much. I was tested for copper deficiency(I have no idea what it was for), but that's about it because the neurologist didn't actually see my head tremble and thought it wasn't a big deal. :( I guess I'll have to get a second opinion. Btw, I don't think it's pinched nerve because I don't feel pain or numbness on my neck but tension. But it's just my thought.

first of all let me start off by saying this...I know how you feel and what u r going thru... I suffer anxiety and sometimes panic attacks and this is a common symptom , musle strain/tenseness/spazzisms I too have tried some of the above medicines.  Each person is different and well I have found that Klonopin and Ativan do work along with cognitive behavior therapy. If u don't mind me asking you say you have found ways to calm yourself down in public , but are u  being followed by a therapist or cognative behavioal specailist? 9 out of 10 times meds work best w/therapy.
Now my next question is have u ever been tested for a pinched nereve, or had had an Mri or Cat scan ? Are u being followed by a Neurologist? Often times more than not, yes anxiety produces these symptoms ,but when a doctor knows that the pt has "anxiety" or is labbled w/ a psych disorder, right away its oh  u have aniety or u r stressed
Mri Cat scan can determin disk problems nerve problems etc...
No pun intened if ur head hurts when u roll ur eyes don't roll them ;]lol
b4 u jump right to a med I'd suggest finding out about physical therapy, try accupunture, relaxation class, yoga, meditation, finding  a neurologist, maybe incorperating armoatherapy , w/ meditation or Reki (sp)
right away everyone wants to have a quick fix w/meds
A neuro would be able to help u w/anti spasm meds if thats what u need but b4 u do that talk about ur symptoms even though u have anxiety ok fine but maybe again no pun intended, maybe its beyond all in ur head, maybe u have a pinched nereve
and worst case/best case if its just being tense causing all this maybe a cognitive behavioral specialist can help
Best of luck and really I do I understand ~pls keep me posted
