Twitching sensation in the head

One day i stretched and think i went too far... At first there was a pain in my lower back and there was a felling of something like a fluid or pressure running up my back at first it was climbing at a mild rate but as soon as it reached the neck it climbed with a flash until it reached the lower end of the back of head after which I had a sharp  pain... Ever since i have been having these twiches like thing at the back of my head.... Also when i sleep i feel like the veins just behind my ear are throbbing so hard that i cant sleep some time.. In addition to this sometimes I feel weird pressure on the upper pinna of my ear... Any one with similar symptoms or suitable medical knowledge shall be highly appreciated... Please help|
