i am 36 year old working with good MNC as a Manager production My problem is i always keep on thinking something at back of my mind due to that i never able to listen properly as something else is going in back of mind it happens while driving ,while studying ,while attending lecture also it is there all the times .i don't know in which forum to go kindly advice

Thank you for your question.  Unable to concentrate or attention deficit is not an uncommon problem and not always defines under any medical or psychological problem. Usually, this occurs either when you do not concentrate on things naturally or if you don't like listening the things. However, extent of the problem and other associated symptoms can not be judged over internet and without being able to examine you. Therefore, I encourage you to see your personal physician for further evaluation of your individual case. Hope this helps.
