Wake up in the middle of the night and everything feels faster than normal.

I get a random sensation sometimes, usually if I wake up in the middle of the night. It makes everything seem a bit faster and feel faster when in reality and physically I know it’s not. My inner monologue also races and repeats a phrase sometimes or just talks really fast. It’s not voices, it’s just thoughts and my inner monologue. Usually it only takes me a few minutes to shake it off and it goes away, but it gives me a lot of anxiety in the moment. Anyone else experience this?
