Wandering muscle aches?

I've been having wandering body pain for a week now,the pain is mild, not bothering me to do things but it's annoying,it mostly occurs on my left side(mostly..)and mostly affects my arms. The pain is more like sharp. Also it starts randomly for a few secs then stops,it's not constant. Most of the time I feel my left forearm and rarely my right side(hands, wrist etc..)The pain can't be triggered by physical activity,I am  24/m suffering from severe anxiety for the past few weeks, could it be the cause?
