What can cause tingling sensation, pins/needles and pain in feet and hands?

I am a 24 yr old female, 5'5.5. I have been experiencing a tingling sensation in both feet and hands all throughout the day, especially during resting. I occasionally feel pins and needles on various parts of my body (mostly hands and feet), but I have a severe headache everyday (lasts a few seconds) and my feet and hand constantly hurt. Blurry vision only at night; I can't see signs well. Severe abdominal cramps at night.
I went to the doctor and I had abnormal results for MCV & MCH (low), Vit D (17), urine: bacteria (few), cloudy & occult blood 3+, protein (30+) & metabolic panel: Alt (64)

Oh, my vitals on day of day of visit...BP 126/94, 187 lbs

Your labs show you have vitamin D deficiency.  Vitamin D deficiency can cause many symptoms and some of those symptoms are actually due to calcium deficiency since you need vitamin D to absorb calcium. Calcium deficiency symptoms do include pins and needles, muscle cramps, headaches.  Optimal vitamin D levels: 40 - 60 ng/mL (100 - 150 nmol/L).

Causes of low MCV and MCH include:

Copper deficiency
Low stomach acid (hypochlorhydria).
Vitamin C insufficiency
Vitamin B6 deficiency
Rheumatoid arthritis
Toxic effects of lead and other toxic elements
Hereditary (thalassemias, sideroblastic)
Iron deficiency (blood loss, parasites, poor intake, low stomach acid etc)
After a splenectomy
Haemolytic anaemia
