What could be causing my tremor and weakness symptoms?

Hi! :D I'm not a forums person but I'm kind of desperate.
On January 2017 I noticed a movement in my jaw. Doctor said it was neuritis and gave me vitamin B (no effect). After around 6 months, problem progressed. I have, after visiting 5 free doctors, that thought it wa : high cholesterol or thyroid problem, found one that sent me to Neurology, but that service is also free (I'm poor by the way) so appointments are very spaced and I feel like this is progressing too fast.
To this date, my symptoms are:
*Shaking body all time, as if I were shivering from cold (varying intensity).
*Jumps on the movement in wrist, shoulders, and somewhere in the chest or back when picking something from the floor and raising, like a car going through some bumps.
*Occasional body pain, similar to the one from flu. I can tell exactly where it is or how it feels. I thought that symptoms progress along with the occurrence of the pain, but lately there is no need for pain to symptoms getting worse.
# Difficulty to keep certain positions. My leg starts shaking when i stand on my fingers and I feel some pain. When doing push-ups, in the middle of the movement my arms shake too (no pain).
* Tense muscles sensation.
* I feel abnormally tired after activity, mainly in my legs. Sometimes my knee bends after the step. Lately I have been so tired that I feel like I'm going to fall.
* My balance has issues since about 5 years or more now. I feel like I'm permanently in the middle of a soft earthquake,  with my body balancing from one side to the other.
*Tremor in fingers after moving them, grabbing things or not.
*Random spasms on legs or arms.
*Sometimes, when resting, my legs or arms move alone (shake), like when feeling that we are falling from bed. Last time i jumped in the bed, like trying to catch something. It was really strong.
* Last symptom that I noticed is weakness in my fingers, mainly the pinky and the ring finger. I have been some trouble washi9ng my hands lately, since the grabbing movement with my hands is weaker.
-If I over use my hands, like with picking something heavy in a certain way many times, the muscles simply 'wear out' and stop reacting. Last time my whole hand became like a ragdoll. I could not rise it or anything and it had no strength at all, after some picking attempts of a 'heavy' pipe I use for my work.-
*The symptoms are worst in my  left side, but are present in  both sides.
*No record on my family of any disease that I know.
* My mom has Parkinson's disease.

I'm not the kind of person who gets influenced by things, so I doubt that I'm somehow 'making this up' from auto-suggestion, but I do get very nervous for things. I suffer from anxiety for new things, so every time I discover a new symptom I get very anxious, until I get sort of used to that and i get calm after some days.

Please if someone knows something, if  my symptoms sound like something, I'm here. So far, looking for the symptoms give me a lot of possibilities but none is exactly, I think, like the stuff I have. Thank you.

Based on symptoms and family history, a diagnosis of Parkinson's disease sounds likely.

Hello. Thank you for answering. So far, all MDs I have seend agreed that it is not Parkinson, so now I'm confused. I thought I was too young for that disease and that Parkinson does not present with some of my symptoms.
