What could be wrong???

I'm a 15 year old girl and play sports year round. In the past year, I have had severe headaches, a ringing in my ears, cloudy hearing a couple times, see yellow spots that pretty much blind me when I play my sports and sometimes when I'm not playing, I get lightheaded and dizzy when standing up and when playing sports, and get short of breath. This is all I can remember right now but if anyone could give some insight as to what might be wrong that'd be great! Oh and I've had blood tests and an EKG that have all come back normal
