I have had chronic neck pain for a really long time. And recently it has gotten worse. I tend to favor my neck leaning to my left side. I have developed back pain too with my neck pain. I get neck aches almost ever day, and I have trouble keeping my neck facing up or down for too long, I have loss of grip in my hands, mostly on my left side, neck spasms when I turn my neck to the left and right, along with severe jaw tightness. Recently, I got a cervical spine x-ray and scheduled an appointment with a spine surgeon, unfortunately I can't get in for almost a month and a half.
Note: I have had a chiropractor inform me that I have a reverse cervical curve, I did adjustments and it didn't help. I was put on an anti-inflammatory pill once a day for a month, and that didn't help, I have also received neck massages with no improvement either.
Here are my x-ray results. What does all of this mean? Does this mean surgery?
