1.  C3/4 there is a small central focal disc protrusion n mild left-sided facet joint osteoarthritis
2.  C4/5 there is a small central osteochondral bar n minimal left facet joint osteoarthritis
3.  C5/6 modern size unconvertebral joint osteophytes are noted bilaterally here is moderate left n mild to moderate right foraminal stenosis. There is a mild left facet joint enlargement
4.  C6/7 there is a mild diffuse osteochondral bar with a small left para central focal disc protrusion  small unconvertebral joint osteophytes are noted with mild left greater than right foraminal stenosis
5.  C7/T1 there  us a minimal diffuse disc bulging
6.  T1/2 there is a tiny central focal disc protrusion without mass effect upon the cord
7.  One or 2 vertebral body hemangiomas are seen within the upper thoracic spine  here is a hemangioma within ghetto left fifth rib posteriorly. No soft tissue masses are seen
There us relatively mild degenerative disc disease n left facet join osteoarthritis in the cervical spine this is most prominent at c5/6 where ther is left greater than the right foraminal stenosis. Also noted in c6/7

What it means is that you have some areas of concern that are causing your pain.  There is no disc herniation (rupture) but several bulging discs and some tightening (stenosis/stricture/closing) of the foramen.  Also seen is osteoarthritis in your cervical (neck) spine.
