What is wrong with me

Hi, I am a 20 year old female. I have been getting really really bad headaches over the past month accompanied by nausea vomiting dizziness and light headiness. The pain is debilitating  and occurs mostly in my temples and back of my head. They have already ruled out sinus headaches and tension headaches. I have had two MRI's of both the brain and cervical spine and both were clean. I also had a CTscan that came back clean as well. I recently had a ultrasound of my head to check blood flow and that came back fine as well. I feel like I am running out of answers and the pain just doesn't stop. I have taken over 12 different prescription medications and including hydrocodone and have gotten shots of morphine and Demerol nearly twice a week now. I don't know what to do anymore. I have seen every specialist imaginable and I can't seem to get a diagnosis.

Hi,

Since all your tests including CT scan, MRI, are normal, the possibility of a neurological lesion in the brain and cervical spine is almost negligible.
The possibility of migraines, and TMJ or Temporomandibular joint dysfunction should also be looked into. TMJ is usually seen in people who are in the habit of chewing gum or clenching their teeth all day. Dental causes like alveolar abscess and ear infections can also cause pain in the temples.
Benign causes like low BP, low blood sugar and dehydration can also cause headache, nausea and fainting.
I would suggest you to discuss these possibilities with your primary doctor.

I have a relatively healthy diet. I am 5'4 and weigh 116 lbs. I am in normal range. I haven't had any weird changes in diet and I have no allergies to food or to medicine. On a normal day I will eat an english muffin for breakfast soup for lunch and chicken and some veggie for dinner. Nothing crazy.
