When can you begin physical exercise after subdural hematoma?
Suffered from two in fall down stairs 6 weeks ago. Spent 2 1/2 weeks in hospital andvrefsb unit. Been home 3 weeks. When can I resume physical exercise?
Sorry about your fall. That was probably scary! And wow, must have been bad to have spent 2.5 weeks in the hospital. Are you receiving any physical therapy? did your doctor have after care for you at home and directions? When do you next see your doctor?
I've read that recovery depends on patients state and severity of issues. Do you have any neurological symptoms left from it? How is your overall function?
Are you overall feeling pretty good? I would NOT begin an exercise routine until cleared by your doctor just to be safe. What kind of exercise are you wanting to resume?
